Ainhoa is part of MNX Online’s development team, where she stands out for her consistent, responsible, and highly collaborative way of working. From the very beginning, she has shown a genuine interest in getting involved in everything that happens day to day: understanding the context, proposing solutions, and asking for support whenever needed in order to keep moving forward.

Originally from Fuerteventura, after several years of studying in Madrid, she has returned to the island with the motivation to grow professionally from home. She is currently completing a double degree in Criminology and Computer Engineering at Rey Juan Carlos University, an unusual combination that speaks to her perseverance, maturity, and ability to sustain demanding challenges over time. She brings that same mindset into the company: everyday difficulties do not hold her back and, whenever it is time to roll up her sleeves and help, she does so without hesitation.
