Ainhoa is part of MNX Online’s development team, where she stands out for a steady, responsible way of working and a genuine team-first mindset. From day one, she has shown real interest in getting involved in the day-to-day: understanding the context, proposing solutions, and asking for support when she needs it in order to keep things moving.

She is from Fuerteventura and, after several years studying in Madrid, has returned to the island with the motivation to grow professionally from home. She is currently completing a double degree in Criminology and Computer Engineering at Rey Juan Carlos University—an unusual combination that reflects her perseverance, maturity, and ability to sustain demanding challenges over time. She brings that same attitude to the company: day-to-day difficulties don’t slow her down, and when it’s time to roll up her sleeves, she does it without hesitation.

One of her main motivations for joining MNX Online was the shared desire to contribute to the place where we live and her pride in being Canarian. On a personal level, Ainhoa is approachable, sociable, and very team-oriented. She is thoughtful, generous, and has a sense of humor that fits naturally with the group. She is also methodical: despite being part of the development team, she’s rarely without her paper notebook and pen, where she writes everything down to stay on top of details and improve with every iteration. She cares about doing things properly, can’t stand unfairness, and— as a natural part of her growth— is working on managing pressure better when challenges pile up. At MNX Online, we particularly value that mix of commitment, warmth, and a genuine drive to learn and improve.
