He began his journey at MNX Online as an intern after completing his Higher National Diploma in Web Application Development at CIFP Majada Marcial. Even then, he stood out for his dedication and perseverance. Since June 2023, Joel has taken on the role of Web Application Developer, specialising in both frontend and backend areas.

Known for his hardworking, serious, and determined character, Joel enjoys learning and constantly improving, and he is always willing to listen and share his knowledge with others—qualities that are highly valued within the team.
